Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all self-paced courses. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrolment.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must request a refund within 14 days of purchase
• Your refund request must be submitted in writing to infor@elbowsflushing.world
• For courses, refunds apply to self-paced courses only (not workshops or consultations, which are non-refundable)
• Seasonal challenges refunds are available within 7 days of enrolment

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Group workshops (refund available for future workshop credit only)
• One-to-one consultations (refund available within 24 hours of booking; after that, it becomes credit for a future consultation)
• Digital materials after 14 days of access

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

• We will verify your eligibility within 3 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to course materials will be revoked. You will no longer be able to view, download, or access the course content.

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds are either full or none. If you've accessed only part of a course and request a refund within 14 days, you will receive a full refund if eligible.

7. Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel an order and request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Cancellations requested after 14 days will not be refunded, but you may receive course credit for future purchases.

8. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company (chargeback), we reserve the right to:

• Revoke your course access immediately
• Close your account
• Pursue recovery of the disputed amount through legal channels

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

9. Failed Payments

If your payment fails during checkout, you will not be charged. If you are charged despite a failed transaction, contact us immediately and we will refund the duplicate charge.

10. Gift Purchases

If you purchased a course as a gift, the recipient has 14 days from their enrolment date to request a refund. Gift purchases cannot be transferred to a different recipient once redeemed.

11. Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (illness, technical issues, etc.), we may consider refunds or course credits outside the 14-day window. Contact us at infor@elbowsflushing.world to discuss your situation.

12. Course Discontinuation

If we discontinue a course you've purchased, we will offer:

• A full refund, or
• Transfer to a similar course at no additional cost

13. No Guarantees

Refunds are offered as customer service, not as a guarantee of results. We do not refund based on lack of results or outcomes. Courses are informational; individual results vary.

14. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email infor@elbowsflushing.world with your order details and reason for refund
2. Include your full name, email address, and course name
3. We will respond within 3 business days
4. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
